We will provide engagement letters, MOUs (memorandums of understanding) and fee agreements for certain types of consulting activities to address any privacy concerns you may have once we begin working together.

If you cannot agree to these terms, please do not provide us with any information you consider private, confidential or subject in any way to issues of collusion or fraud. If you do send material without our prior consent, we will hold it until contact is made.
